Terms & Conditions of using PAXONTA Internet Service

1. Introduction

1.1 The following Terms & Conditions define the conditions and types of services provided electronically and the terms of use of www.paxonta.com, as well as the conditions of concluding and dissolving contracts for such services and the course and terms of complaint procedure.

2. Definitions and General Provisions

2.1 Internet service paxonta.pl (hereafter, the Service) is property of 3stylers Sp. z o.o. located in Warsaw, ul. Mickiewicza 9, registered by Sąd Rejonowy dla m.st. Warszawy, XII Wydział KRS, Warsaw, ul. Czerniakowska 100, under the KRS number 0000322819, hereafter, 3stylers.
2.2 The object of the Service’s activity is creating surveys. Surveys, defined freely by the User, are created for the purposes of research on determined destination groups. Opinions included in them cannot, however, be in any way offensive nor vulgar and neither can they constitute an infringement of Polish and international law.
2.3 3stylers and collaborating entities are the only holders of copyrights and content of the Service. Copyrights are protected by law.

3. Access and Terms of Use of the Service

3.1 The Service can only be used by registered entities (private persons and companies), hereafter Users, only provided they have obtained access to personal account, granted by 3stylers.
3.2 The User ordering the service confirms that he is familiar with its description and terms and furthermore, that he accepts all the provisions of these Terms & Conditions.
3.3 Services provided in the Service by 3stylers can be paid or free of charge. 3stylers reserves the right to decide, which Services, their type and form, are paid and which are free of charge. 3stylers also decides the manner in which the access to selected free Services is granted.
3.4 The Services pricing list is available on the Service’s Internet website.
3.5 The User obtains access to the Services by using login and password provided by 3stylers and entering them in the log-in module on the Service’s Internet website.
3.6 The User or his employees are not allowed to make the information obtained from the Service accessible to third parties without a distinct permission from 3stylers and can only use it for his own purposes. Selling or ceding for use to third parties is a severe violation of Terms & Conditions.
3.7 When using the content of the Service, the User is obliged to indicate the Service as its source.
3.8 The User should make sure his account is well protected by password and he is not allowed to make his account in the Service accessible to third parties.
3.9 3stylers as the Service operator commits itself to making a backup copy of User’s information on a daily basis.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1  3stylers is not responsible for any damage and technical defects caused by use of the Service discordant with the recommendations provided on the Service’s Internet website.

4.2 The User agrees to use the information from the Service’s Internet website at his own responsibility.

4.3 3stylers is not responsible for the survey results nor for their false interpretation resulting from their erroneous or incorrect preparation and therefore, for any damage caused thereby.

4.4 3stylers reserves the right to place advertisement content universally used on the Internet in the surveys.

5. Complaints

5.1 Any complaints about the Service and the use of Services provided should be filed by email to: kontakt@paxonta.com

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 The owner of the Service www.paxonta.com , 3stylers Sp. z o.o., is obliged to maintain all information about the User confidential and to not share it with any third parties. This refers particularly to information obtained in result of surveys conducted by the User.

7. Additional Terms

7.1 The above Terms & Conditions come into force from the day of publishing thereof on the Service’s Internet website and constitutes an integral part of the agreement with the User.
